"Over a few decades. I have used Vitamins, protein, and other energy boost sources, even coffee has almost no effect on me. As I am aging, the energy has been slowly going away. This has not affected my job since I perform longer and harder than anyone on my team non-stop. But, for the last couple of years when I get home, I am literally burned out. It is like I use adrenaline to keep me going all day in order to keep up with my job. So I get home and sit for about an hour or two and do absolutely nothing. I was spaced out as in trying to recover from an ALL-DAY workout routine. There was no hunger or thirst, I was just out.

"Yeah, so, after 4 months of taking these, as well as the brain chews. I began to wonder whether this was benefitting me. So I decided try stop taking them for a month.
I did not feel the beneficial effects while taking them, and have noticed no difference since stopping. While I still believe that the chews are a very good product.
